Nights In Necropolis: Necrodanse Halloween Party

Darkwave, post-punk, goth and EBM take over Churchill’s Pub for a Halloween-night gathering built around live bands, DJs and alternative vendors. Nights In Necropolis presents Necrodanse on Saturday, October 31, with performances by In a Darkened Room, Last Grasp and Miami-based Blood Orchid, plus sets from guest DJ Jason and resident DJ Lady Reaper.

Texas trio In a Darkened Room draws on 1980s goth and new wave, pairing baritone vocals with dance-driven rhythms, darkwave electronics and atmospheric guitars. Gainesville project Last Grasp blends post-punk, deathrock and industrial textures, while Blood Orchid brings a local mix of post-punk, electronic and indie-rock influences.

DJ Jason, a veteran of New York’s goth and industrial club scene, joins the lineup after decades behind the decks, including past residencies and events at venues such as CBGB, The Limelight and The Tunnel. The evening also includes a vendor market featuring Hopeless Moon Romantic, Dungeon & Dragontails, Arya Moon Shop and Cosmic Coven.

The event is open to ages 18 and older.
