NUNA x Atomica: Peruvian Independence Day

Peruvian flavors and Japanese culinary technique come together in a one-night collaboration between NUNA and Atomica at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. The dinner takes place Tuesday, July 28 in Brickell as part of a Peruvian Independence Day celebration featuring a specially curated menu and live music.

Chefs Nazaev Esparza, Javier Cussato and Carmen Ibarra will present dishes inspired by Peru’s regional traditions and contemporary culinary scene. The collaboration builds on NUNA’s Nikkei approach, which pairs the precision of Japanese cooking with the bright flavors and ingredients of Peru.

An optional $30 bottomless beverage package includes pisco sours, house wine and Cusqueña beer. Reservations are required and space is limited.
