Two distinct culinary perspectives come together for an evening that pairs contemporary technique with deep-rooted spirits craftsmanship at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Pairing Chefs, Pairing Tequila: KOLI x Hakkasan, taking place Thursday, December 4, brings together Chef Hing Fung Matt Chan of the MICHELIN-recognized Hakkasan and Chef Roberto Rivera Rio of the One MICHELIN Star KOLI in Monterrey. For this one-night tasting dinner, the chefs collaborate on a custom menu that reflects their respective approaches to Chinese and modern Mexican cuisine, creating a cross-cultural dining experience designed specifically for the event.
Each course is paired with expressions from Reserva de la Familia, the Official Tequila Partner of the MICHELIN Guide U.S., highlighting more than two centuries of tequila-making heritage alongside the chefs’ contemporary interpretations.
Hosted within Hakkasan’s refined setting at the Fontainebleau, the dinner offers a focused, chef-driven format where technique, flavor and thoughtful pairings shape an intimate culinary experience.
