A seasonal art exhibition at The Kampong in Coconut Grove presents layered paper collages inspired by Miami’s natural landscape and history. Playful Explorations in Nature is on view January 14 through April 25 during regular garden hours.
Created by Alejandra Bunster, the collection features handmade paper works that reinterpret lush tropical scenery through color, texture and imaginative composition. The collages transform familiar elements of South Florida’s environment into whimsical visual narratives that encourage close observation and creative engagement.
Bunster, a graduate of La Sorbonne Nouvelle in Theater Direction, also teaches Creative Expression at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart. Her multidisciplinary background informs the exhibition’s emphasis on storytelling and artistic exploration.
The exhibition is included with general admission to The Kampong.
