Red, White & BBQ: A Night of Fireworks & Celebration

An elevated Fourth of July barbecue pairs live music, open bar service, a drone show and fireworks at The Biltmore Hotel Miami - Coral Gables. The Independence Day celebration takes place Saturday, July 4, with dinner service, drinks and entertainment staged around one of the property’s outdoor viewing areas. Guests are also invited to take part in a patriotic attire contest featuring red, white and blue looks.
The evening includes a BBQ dinner served from 6 to 8:45 p.m., with an open bar available from 6 to 10 p.m. The menu features items such as BBQ beef brisket, prime hamburgers, slow-roasted BBQ chicken, mojo pulled pork, hot dogs, salads, corn on the cob, baked beans and assorted desserts including strawberry shortcake, blueberry cobbler, apple pie and watermelon.
The entertainment schedule includes:
- 7 p.m.: Miami Symphonic Band concert
- 9 p.m.: Patriotic drone show
- Immediately following the drone show: Fireworks display
The event is designed as a full evening of dining and Fourth of July festivities, with the drone and fireworks shows serving as the night’s finale.
