Robert Davidovici & Marina Radiushina: An Evening of Sonatas

Violinist Robert Davidovici and pianist Marina Radiushina explore the expressive range of the violin-and-piano sonata in a chamber music recital at FIU’s Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Performing Arts Center. Held Monday, October 19 as part of the 2026 FIU Music Festival, the program brings together works by Beethoven, Prokofiev and Brahms.

Across three sonatas, the duo moves from the energy of Beethoven through Prokofiev’s lyrical writing to the expansive Romantic character of Brahms. The recital highlights the interplay between violin and piano as equal musical voices.

Presented by the FIU Wertheim School of Music & Performing Arts, the concert is part of the annual FIU Music Festival.
