Royal Poinciana Fiesta Bike Tour

Cyclists can follow a guided route through Coral Gables to see Royal Poinciana trees in bloom during this family-friendly bike tour. The ride takes place Sunday, June 14 as part of the Royal Poinciana Fiesta, South Florida’s longest-running festival. Presented with the Tropical Flowering Tree Society, the annual celebration highlights Miami-Dade County’s official tree through tours, talks and cultural programs.
The tour begins at the Coral Gables Museum and is led by Bike Walk Coral Gables and Dade Heritage Trust. Participants will ride to view some of the area’s notable Royal Poincianas, also known as Flame Trees, during their peak flowering season.
Riders should bring their own bikes. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Parking is available in a nearby garage.
