Saturday Social Bike Ride with REIS Cycling

A recurring community ride brings REIS Cycling and Sunny Athletics together for a high-energy yet welcoming Saturday social bike experience along South Florida’s coastline. Designed as a no-drop group ride, the route balances steady pacing with connection, making it accessible to experienced riders looking for strong miles in a supportive group setting.

The ride begins and ends in Coconut Grove, tracing a scenic out-and-back route toward Dania Beach. Riders cruise at a consistent 20–22 mph pace before stopping for a mid-ride reset at The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, offering a chance to refuel, regroup, and enjoy the oceanfront surroundings before heading back south. Expect good mileage, open roads, and a social atmosphere rooted in shared momentum rather than competition.
