Sensory Friendly Fourth of July
Jul 04, 2026
From: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
A quieter Fourth of July viewing experience offers guests with autism and sensory-related needs a dedicated place to watch the Biltmore fireworks display. Presented by the City of Coral Gables, Sensory Friendly Fourth of July takes place Saturday, July 4 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Ruth Bryan Owen Waterway Park. The annual event provides a more supportive setting for families and individuals who may benefit from lower-stimulation activities and access to a quiet indoor space.
The evening includes sensory-friendly outdoor games such as bubbles, crafts, sports and light-up activities. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, and on-site parking is available.
Fireworks begin at 9 p.m. Admission is $25 per vehicle, and space is limited. For registration help or questions, guests can contact PlayForAll@coralgables.com.
