Shell & Sip Master Class takes place Friday, March 27 on the Matador Terrace, where participants will learn how to crack Florida stone crab claws and shuck oysters under the guidance of the hotel’s culinary team. The session focuses on technique, preparation and the seasonal qualities that define these coastal delicacies.
Throughout the experience, curated wine pairings are served to complement the natural sweetness of stone crab and the briny profile of fresh oysters, highlighting the interplay between seafood and varietal selection.
Designed as an intimate, small-group program, the master class offers a skill-based introduction to shellfish preparation in an outdoor setting. This event is 21 and over, and advance reservations are recommended due to limited capacity.
