SideQuest Saturdays
This event has passed.
A family-friendly scavenger hunt turns Wynwood Walls into an interactive art adventure focused on observation, creativity and play. Presented by The Center for Arts and Innovation, SideQuest Saturdays takes place Saturday, June 6 and Saturday, September 12. The experience reflects The Center’s focus on hands-on, cross-generational creativity, inviting participants to explore the murals through guided prompts, photo challenges and reflective activities.
The scavenger hunt is organized into four stops, encouraging groups to find landmarks, notice overlooked details and engage with the artwork in new ways. Participants may be asked to pose, create a story inspired by a mural or document discoveries along the route, with points adding a light competitive element to the morning.
After the scavenger hunt, participants can also take part in the Wynwood Graffiti Experience, where an instructor introduces spray-painting basics such as can control, lines, lettering and color blending before participants create their own piece. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids. The outdoor tour is best enjoyed with comfortable clothing, sunscreen and a hat; the optional graffiti experience is recommended for adults and children ages 5 and older.
