As part of the South Beach Jazz Festival, Society Jazz Night with Steven Bernstein’s Millennial Territory Orchestra takes place Friday, January 9, 2026, on the lawn of The Bass Museum in Miami Beach. Led by Grammy-nominated trumpeter, arranger, and composer Steven Bernstein, the nine-piece ensemble reinvents the sound of classic territory bands with a spirited mix of swing, funk, gospel, and New Orleans rhythm.
Free and open to the public, the event invites audiences to bring chairs or blankets for comfortable seating under the stars. A VIP option includes a 7 p.m. reception with light bites, refreshments and reserved seating in the prime viewing area.
