Limited to just 10 guests, the evening centers on a multi-course menu prepared by Bobby Flay, highlighting his signature approach to bold flavors and refined technique.
Each course is paired with Clase Azul Mezcal, selected to complement the menu and underscore the role of thoughtful pairing in contemporary dining. Throughout the night, Flay shares insights into his creative process, influences, and career, offering guests a rare, behind-the-scenes perspective in an intimate setting. The ticket price includes all food and beverages. The event is for guests ages 21 and over, with smart casual attire encouraged.
