Thanksgiving Dinner at Ariete

Ariete brings its Michelin-starred perspective to the holiday with a family-style Thanksgiving dinner shaped by Chef Michael Beltran’s blend of Cuban heritage, Miami ingredients and classic French technique.

Thanksgiving at Ariete begins Thursday, November 27 at 6:15 p.m. and features a curated, multi-course menu served family style for $125 per adult and $65 per child. The evening opens with Parker House rolls, turkey pot pie pastelitos and a cheese and charcuterie selection, followed by roasted turkey breast, dark meat stuffing, mac and cheese, pommes purée, green bean almondine, chopped salad, and Ariete’s signature salad, all accompanied by turkey gravy. Warm pumpkin spice cookies, custard with glazed cherries and a seasonal sorbet close the meal on a sweet note.

Set in Coconut Grove, Ariete reflects Beltran’s vision for Miami’s culinary identity, uniting French technique with the flavors and traditions that define the city. The restaurant’s focus on thoughtful preparation and welcoming hospitality shapes a holiday gathering centered on generous dishes and an elevated sense of home.
