The Doral Art and Flowers Festival

Floral installations and large-scale botanical designs transform the Doral Cultural Arts Center into an immersive garden environment during this multi-day festival. Taking place April 10 through 12, The Doral Art and Flowers Festival brings together floral artists, designers and community participants for a program centered on contemporary floral art and cultural expression. The 2026 edition is themed “Blooming Nature/Art, Flowers and Culture,” highlighting the relationship between floral design, visual art and community identity.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can explore indoor and outdoor displays featuring sculptural arrangements created with flowers, plants and organic materials, combined with elements such as steel, aluminum and wood. Works are presented by local and international designers, along with student participants from area schools, reflecting both professional and emerging perspectives in floral design.

The program also includes live demonstrations by members of the American Institute of Floral Designers, including presentations on current trends and professional pathways within the industry. A juried competition invites designers to present original work for public viewing and awards, while additional programming emphasizes education and community engagement through hands-on student involvement.
