A multisensory dinner experience brings art, flavor and design into conversation at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami during Miami Art Week.
The Pinnacle of the Senses Dinner takes place Monday, December 1, presenting a multi-course menu paired with selections from the JCB Collection and Casa Obsidiana tequila. Visionary host Jean-Charles Boisset and Casa Obsidiana co-founder Roberto Beckmann guide the evening, highlighting the intersection of heritage, craftsmanship and creative expression across wine, spirits and design. Sculptural bottle forms and fine textile elements by Daniel Ashley Co. add visual and tactile layers to the experience.
The culinary program includes dishes such as red snapper carpaccio, loup en croûte and Black Angus tournedos Rossini, followed by a trio of profiteroles. Each course is paired with rare wines and tequila to emphasize contrasts and connections in flavor and technique. Guests depart with a gift bag as a memento of the evening.
