The RealmTopia Experience

Mindful movement and immersive sound come together in a two-part wellness session at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Taking place Friday, August 14, the experience begins with a grounding movement practice led by Tifftopia, followed by a sound bath with LilyAna in the spa’s hammam.

Tifftopia’s opening session focuses on embodied movement, breath and presence before participants transition into a quieter sound-based practice. LilyAna incorporates gongs, layered textures and intuitive vocals to create a meditative environment centered on relaxation and sensory awareness.

The 90-minute program runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $80 and includes access to the indoor baths afterward.
