Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series
Gather oceanside for an open-air concert featuring Amy Arlo and Friends as they perform Torch Songs for the Tragically Hip at Ocean Drive Association's weekly music series. This free performance takes place on Sunday, August 6 at Lummus Park, between 14th Street and 14th Place.
Considered to be one of South Florida’s favorite blues divas, Amy Arlo has a powerful voice that has been compared to Janis Joplin. Arlo hails from Philly, where she was influenced by the local jazz and blues musicians performing around town as well as her favorite jazz artists, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone.
Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 6:00 PM. In the event of rain, the concert will take place in The Betsy's BBar.
