Vizcaya Village Agriculture Nights: Food Futures & Zine Making
Oct 08, 2026
From: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Food workers, growers, vendors and community members gather at Vizcaya Village for a discussion on the future of Miami’s local food system. Held Thursday, October 8 in the Vizcaya Village Garage, the Agriculture Nights program pairs facilitated conversation with a collaborative zine-making activity focused on food access, sustainability, local production and community resilience.
Presented with Pana Social, the evening includes small-group discussions, networking and light bites before participants contribute to a collective zine responding to the prompt, “What is the local food system of your wildest dreams?” The program is designed for farmers, food entrepreneurs, educators, students, advocates and others interested in South Florida agriculture and food systems.
The gathering takes place alongside Vizcaya Village’s Harvest & Hispanic Heritage Night Market, which continues afterward with local farmers, food producers, artisans and community organizations. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children 12 and younger.
