An evening of indulgence awaits with a five-course Wagyu dinner paired with hand-crafted whiskey cocktails and fine wines. Morton’s The Steakhouse hosts the Wagyu, Whiskey, and Wine Dinner on Saturday, November 8, featuring a progression of bold flavors and expert pairings.
The menu includes Wagyu “Pigs in a Blanket,” skirt steak frites with smoked Gouda fries, and bacon-wrapped Wagyu meatloaf, complemented by selections ranging from The Dalmore 12-year single malt to Napa Valley Cabernet. Dessert brings a dark cherry pot de crème with whipped cream and white chocolate crunch.
A limited VIP pre-party tasting at 6 p.m. offers a Wagyu cheesesteak with a Horse Soldier Old Fashioned flight. Tickets are $149 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, with the optional VIP add-on available for $29. Guests must be 21 or older.
