Mindful movement, meditation and community connection come together at The Palms Hotel & Spa during the Wellness Wednesdays series, held weekly in October in recognition of Emotional Wellness Month. Each evening offers a different guided session, designed to encourage self-care and renewal. Programs take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Grand Tiki or on the beach. Participation is free for hotel guests, and $10 for locals, with proceeds benefiting Connection Coalition, a nonprofit bringing trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness to underserved communities.
The schedule includes:

October 1 – Stretch & Soothe: A deep full-body stretch paired with aromatherapy for relaxation and release.

October 8 – Reflect & Reconnect: A mindful beach walk led by artist and ocean advocate Lauren Reilly, followed by an interactive panel with artists Jenna Efrein, Ariel Baron-Robbins and Reilly as part of ARTSail’s Sheroes of the Ocean series for Florida Climate Week.

October 15 – Breathe & Heal: Conscious breathwork and guided meditation in a calming soundscape to promote balance and inner healing.

October 22 – Community & Connection: A slow, deep yoga practice with 305 Yoga and Connection Coalition, designed to open the heart chakra through alignment, breathwork and intentional movement.

October 29 – Celebrate & Elevate: A Pilates session with Shay, followed by gluten-free bites from Essensia Restaurant and Daura Gluten-Free Beer.
Wellness Wednesdays take place every Wednesday in October at The Palms Hotel & Spa.
