Yamit and the Vinyl Blvd Trio

Vocalist and violinist Yamit Lemoine brings vintage jazz from the 1920s through the 1960s to Lummus Park with the Vinyl Blvd Trio. The free performance takes place Sunday, September 27, as part of the weekly Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series presented by the Ocean Drive Association.

Yamit and The Vinyl Blvd draws on standards from jazz’s early and mid-20th-century eras, pairing Lemoine’s vocals and violin with arrangements shaped by the sound and style of classic supper clubs and dance halls. The trio format brings that repertoire into a more intimate outdoor setting along Ocean Drive.

Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and picnics. In case of rain, the performance moves indoors to The Betsy Hotel.
