Miami’s Free Metromover Loops around Downtown Miami and Brickell

Miami Metromover is the 4.4-mile, electric-powered people mover that loops around Downtown Miami and Brickell and also connects you to the Miami Metrorail and Miami bus lines. Wherever you need to go in the heart of Miami, these speedy little above-ground cars will get you there – and fast.

Some of the key places you can get to on the Metromover system include the FTX Arena, Bayside Market Place and Brickell City Centre. The Metromover offers three routes or “loops”: the Omni loop, the Inner loop and the Brickell loop. The Metromover runs from 5 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week with trains arriving every 90 seconds to 3 minutes depending on the time of day. Check out the Metromover station map for all the stops and connections available.

The best thing about using this public transport option is that everybody rides free on the Metromover. There are no cards or tickets to buy, just wait for the car to come around and jump on. This makes staying in the Downtown Miami or Brickell a cinch when you are out exploring the city. The stops will find you steps away from some of the best dining and nightlife experiences Miami has to offer.
