Open Casting Call

• Location: E11EVEN Miami
• Open casting call for all venue positions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Assist with reservations, guest list verification, admissions, and guest inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while anticipating guest needs.
• Answer phone calls and provide venue information.
• Maintain a clean and organized guest services area.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and admission guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, nightlife, luxury hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a polished, guest-focused demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
