Open Casting Call

• Time: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Location: E11EVEN Miami
• Open casting call for all venue positions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Refill water, ice, napkins, condiments, and other guest necessities.
• Stock glassware, utensils, linens, and service supplies throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist the team during high-volume periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or nightlife experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate service needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
