This full-time management position supports the daily operations of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell Services, Concierge, and Reservations. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, this role helps ensure seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, hotel profitability, and compliance with Hilton brand standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized, and service-driven leader who is passionate about hospitality and developing high-performing teams. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, this position assumes responsibility for the department and ensures continued operational efficiency and outstanding service.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell Services, and Concierge.
- Lead and support Front Office associates while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to Hilton brand standards.
- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, registration, and check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond professionally to guest concerns, complaints, and special requests and implement appropriate service recovery measures.
- Schedule associates to maintain appropriate staffing levels while monitoring labor costs and operational needs.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee recognition.
- Ensure associates are trained on property management systems, brand standards, cash handling, safety, security procedures, and departmental policies.
- Maintain procedures for cash handling, billing accuracy, credit compliance, financial transactions, and guest security.
- Inspect Front Office, lobby, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and brand presentation standards.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, Accounting, and other hotel departments.
- Communicate VIP arrivals, guest requests, service recovery cases, operational updates, and departmental priorities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-focused work environment that promotes engagement and accountability.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, including participation in the weekend MOD rotation.
- Assist with operational duties during peak business periods and complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Front Office or Guest Services experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are preferred.
- Hilton and ONQ knowledge preferred.
- Ability to use property management and reservation systems.
- Ability to stand frequently in Front Office areas and lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
