Japón at The Setai
Set in a jewel box-like dining room just off The Setai's Zen courtyard, Japón is an upscale pan-Asian restaurant in South Beach where you’re likely to be mesmerized by fire dancers and live music on any given evening.
When it’s offered: During Miami Spice, Japón is serving a special $50 set dinner menu all week long, making it one of the most generous hotel restaurant offerings in the program.
What we’re ordering: Open your meal with the garlicky, sambal-spiced hamachi tataki before diving into entrees such as miso black cod with pickled ginger or skirt steak yakitori with wasabi relish. For dessert, the yuzu cheesecake with strawberry sorbet and yuzu curd is a perfectly balanced finisher.

Nobu Miami at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach
Set inside the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s namesake restaurant is a perennial hotspot for its exceptionally fresh sushi and creative Japanese cuisine. Nobu Miami is a prime destination for special-occasion dining – or perhaps a late summer evening to try out the Miami Spice menu.
When it’s offered: The $65 dinner menu is available all week long.
What we’re ordering: To start, go with the salmon nashi with Asian pear, dry miso and truffle or the lobster arugula salad. Entrée highlights include miso black cod butter lettuce wraps, Mirai Japanese skirt steak and a chef’s selection of nigiri and sushi. We’re ordering the Okinawa-style donuts with dulce de leche for dessert.
Luma at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne
Fresh off a $100 million renovation, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami reopened at the end of 2025 with a fresh new food and beverage program. At its center is Luma, a refined Italian restaurant in a stylish, mid-century-inspired dining room and terrace with ocean views.
When it’s offered: The $65 dinner menu is available Sunday through Thursday.
What we’re ordering: Start your meal with the ricotta crostini or a shaved fennel salad. For entrees, we’re eyeing the grilled filet mignon or delicate corn and parmigiano agnolotti in cultured butter and black truffle. Finish with classic tiramisu or the seasonal mango passion panna cotta.

Toro Toro at InterContinental Miami Hotel
Helmed by acclaimed chef Richard Sandoval, Toro Toro is a stylish steakhouse with a pan-Latin approach inside the marble-clad lobby of the InterContinental Miami Hotel in Downtown Miami.
When it’s offered: The $65 set dinner menu is offered all week long during Miami Spice.
What we’re ordering: Order the surf and turf empanadas to start, made with shrimp, lobster and lomo saltado and served with a yuzu avocado puree. Or choose the light and bright Nikkei tuna ceviche. Entree highlights include a 6-ounce tenderloin, kimchee grilled salmon and BBQ mole roasted airline chicken. For dessert, go with the grilled pineapple coconut upside down cake.

Paralía at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne
Also at the new Ritz-Carlton on Key Biscayne, Paralía specializes in authentic, coastal Aegean cuisine set beneath an open-air thatched hut where the ocean breeze gently beckons.
When it’s offered: During Miami Spice, Paralía is offering a $40 special lunch menu and a $65 dinner menu Sunday through Thursday.
What we’re ordering: Highlights include the rustic Greek village salad made with tomato, cucumber, feta and olives, hummus, spanakopita; and a shish kebab trio of lamb, chicken and beef served with Anatolian pilaf. For dessert, choose from crème chocolate or Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts.
La Brisa at Miccosukee Casino & Resort
Journey west into the Everglades for a dinner experience unlike any other at La Brisa at Miccosukee Casino & Resort. Set on the Miccosukee Indian reservation, the restaurant serves pan-Latin cuisine. A visit could include testing your luck at the casino or even embarking on an airboat ride.&

What we’re ordering: First course options include skirt steak pintxos, tacos de tuna and a wedge salad. Entrees include steak au poivre and king salmon a la plancha, while dessert options include picarone fritters with caramel and sea salt ice cream and a caramelized brioche torrija.
BLT Prime at Trump National Doral Miami
