Some of Greater Miami & Miami Beach’s best restaurants can be found inside some of the destination’s many hotels. During Miami Spice Restaurant Months, August through September 2025, many of these restaurants are offering three-course prix fixe menus at the special price of $35 for lunch or brunch and $45/$60 for dinner. You’re sure to find a hotel restaurant that will satisfy your culinary cravings.
Dine Bayside at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails
Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails, located inside the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami, serves contemporary American cuisine in a bayfront setting, and during Miami Spice, you can savor its $60 dinner menu every night.
Appetizers include local corvina crudo with Florida citrus and balsamic pearls as well as mojo pork empanadas with cilantro crema. For your main course, crispy skin salmon with English pea and mint bok choy, chicken with smoked Gouda grits and Swiss chard, and black bass with celery root puree and salmon roe are on the menu. Choose from among two desserts: the Coco Pina (rosemary cake with coconut creme and pina conserva) and the Choco Coladita (pistachio feuille with mascarpone cafe creme and house sorbet).
Savor the Classics at Il Mulino New York
Il Mulino New York at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach brings the acclaimed flavors of one of New York City’s most celebrated Italian restaurants to Sunny Isles Beach.
For Miami Spice lunch, served daily, enjoy one of three appetizers, including zuppa di lenticchie (lentils with angel hair pasta) and a fresh caprese (burrata with tomato and basil). The five entree selections include rigatoni bolognese, snapper Livornese with marinara sauce, and a chicken breast with lemon, white wine and asparagus.
For dinner, priced at $60 and served nightly, Il Mulino presents a generous selection of five appetizers, five entrees and two classic Italian desserts. Starters range from hearty spaghetti al pomodoro to a flavorful polpette made with ricotta cheese, tomato and basil. Main courses cater to a variety of tastes, with highlights like a 12-ounce filet mignon in peppercorn sauce, sauteed grouper filet, and breaded chicken breast topped with marinara and imported cheese.
To end your meal on a sweet note, choose between house-made tiramisu or a traditional cannoli, each a decadent conclusion to your experience.

Centrally located in lively Brickell at the JW Marriott Miami hotel, La Terraza Cafe & Bar serves Mediterranean cuisine in a laid-back atmosphere. Toro Toro, at the InterContinental Miami hotel in Downtown Miami, delivers a vibrant pan-Latin dining experience from MICHELIN-recognized Chef Richard Sandoval. The nightly $60 dinner menu begins with bold appetizers like coconut tuna tiradito with leche de tigre and Fresno chile, golden lobster empanadas over avocado puree, or a bao bun filled with adobo-marinated birria beef.

Begin with your choice of fried green beans with cilantro aioli or jalapeno poppers breaded to perfection with aji amarillo cream, garlic and chives. Main courses include a veggie burrito bowl with cilantro rice and grilled jalapeno as well as a classic Cuban sandwich complete with sweet ham, Swiss cheese and shredded pork on warm Cuban bread.
