Role Description

Cook 1 is an entry-level culinary position perfect for those looking to start their career with Hyatt. This role is primarily a production position that involves learning the fundamentals of a professional kitchen. You will work under supervision and receive training to ensure our guests receive high-quality, consistent meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of food items according to Hyatt recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Execute repetitious kitchen duties with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service for our guests.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
