Created for a minimum of four guests, The Sushi Bichi Experience begins with a personalized consultation to learn each guest's dietary preferences, allergies, and tastes before the culinary team crafts a bespoke multi-course menu.
Served family-style to encourage sharing and conversation, the experience showcases an ever-evolving selection of premium Japanese delicacies, seasonal seafood, and luxury ingredients such as A5 Wagyu, toro, Hokkaido uni, and other chef-selected specialties. Every experience is uniquely curated, ensuring no two dinners are exactly alike.
