Black Box Media hosts an evening gathering that celebrates the music, dance, food and traditions of African diasporic spirituality. Open to practitioners and the public alike, the event offers an immersive look at the rhythms, rituals and cultural expressions of African Traditional Religions and related systems.
Afro Spirit Fest takes place Saturday, November 1. The festival features live drumming, traditional dance, cultural cuisine and opportunities to connect with communities practicing Hoodoo, Vodou, Santería, Lucumí, Palo, 21 Divisions, Ifá and more.
