Âme Live
May 29, 2026
Starting: 10:00 PM
German electronic duo Âme brings melodic techno and house-rooted club music to Jolene Sound Room Miami. The 21-and-over event takes place Friday, May 29, with doors opening at 10 p.m. The lineup also includes Bakke and a back-to-back set from Maccabi and Jovigibs.
Formed by Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Beyer, Âme became widely known for the 2005 track “Rej,” a minimal techno and house-influenced release that helped define a new direction in European club music. The duo is also closely associated with Innervisions, the influential label and collective they helped shape alongside Dixon. Âme performances may vary between DJ and live formats, with Wiedemann often handling live sets and Beyer often appearing as a DJ.
Bakke, also known as Luis Baquero, adds a Miami-connected perspective to the lineup. The Colombian-born DJ, based between Miami and New York, is a longtime Link Miami Rebels resident with sets shaped by electronic music’s 1980s and 1990s influences.
Jolene Sound Room Miami is located beneath the Julia & Henry’s building in downtown Miami. The intimate venue is inspired by midcentury recording studios and 1970s leisure culture, with programming focused on local and international electronic music.
