An Evening with the Stars: A Special Planetary Wine Dinner
Jun 18, 2026
From: 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Astronomy, wine and fine dining come together at Boulud Sud Miami for a dinner inspired by major observatories across the Americas. An Evening with the Stars: A Special Planetary Wine Dinner takes place Thursday, June 18, at JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Presented in partnership with the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science, the evening pairs a three-course menu with Bernard Magrez wines and a science-focused conversation.
Hosted by Dr. Doug Roberts, President and CEO of the Frost Museum of Science, the dinner draws inspiration from observatories including the Jansky Very Large Array in New Mexico, the ALMA Observatory in Chile and the Keck Observatory in Hawaii. The program begins with a cocktail reception in the Boulud Sud Lounge, followed by dinner in the Salon de Provence.
Menu highlights include pan-seared Chilean sea bass and braised pork shoulder, served with selected wine pairings. Tickets are $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Boulud Sud Miami is located in the lobby of JW Marriott Marquis Miami, with valet parking available for a fee, self-parking nearby and ridesharing encouraged.
