An Evening with Wim Hof
Mar 11, 2026
Starting: 8:00 PM
A live talk and guided breathing experience explores the ideas and life events behind one of today’s most widely known wellness movements. Wim Hof, often called “The Iceman,” takes the stage to reflect on the personal challenges, discoveries and experiments that led him to develop a method centered on breathwork, cold exposure and mental focus.
Hof’s story traces an unconventional path marked by endurance feats, scientific scrutiny and personal loss, alongside a long-running belief that modern life has weakened humanity’s relationship with nature. Over the past two decades, his approach has drawn global attention from researchers, athletes and wellness practitioners interested in the physiological and psychological effects of controlled breathing and cold training. During the evening, Hof speaks candidly about his journey and then leads the audience through a group breathing session drawn from his method, offering participants a firsthand introduction to the practice.
An Evening with Wim Hof takes place Wednesday, March 11 at the James L. Knight Center in downtown Miami. The event is part of Hof’s North American Tour 2026, which includes a limited run of appearances in select cities across the United States and Canada.
