Annual Starburst Concert

Two rising vocalists share the spotlight at the Annual Starburst Concert, accompanied by pianists Paul Posnak and Anita Castiglione. Soprano Zaryah Gourge, winner of the Frost School’s Mirabell Palace program in Salzburg and now pursuing her Master’s in Classical Vocal Performance, appears alongside tenor Brandon Flores, a Frost undergraduate with credits at the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival, Frost School operas and the Brevard Music Center.
Presented as part of the 2025/2026 Martha/Mary Concerts season, the evening offers audiences the chance to hear emerging talent at the start of their careers. Each concert includes free onsite parking, a post-concert reception with the artists, a tour of La Merced Chapel and a curated student art exhibit in partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
The performance takes place Saturday, December 6 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in West Wynwood/East Allapattah.
