Explore bold island flavors, vibrant street food and cultural performances at a weekend event spotlighting the culinary and artistic traditions of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
Taking place May 24–25 at Smorgasburg Miami in Wynwood, the 2025 Asian Street Food Festival marks the fourth annual AAPI celebration curated in collaboration with Cheryl Tiu, founder of Cross Cultures, a platform focused on cultural exchange through food and conversation. The festival features extended Saturday hours from noon to 10:00 p.m. and continues Sunday from noon to 8:00 p.m., offering attendees a chance to enjoy a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes and tropical twists from both Smorgasburg’s resident vendors and special guests.
Smorgasburg vendors will present exclusive specials for the occasion, including mango sticky rice and lychee rose matcha from Fizz & Matcha, platano bites from Lechona Truck, a tropical burger from Boca Burger Miami, conch egg rolls and sweet chili wings from Tasty T, and international snacks from Petez Pops.
The guest vendor lineup features Vietnamese bites by YK Street Food, Japanese sushi rolls by Chef Norlan, boba drinks and pastries by Primoo Boba, Korean fried chicken from Gangnam Chik’n, Hawaiian-Asian fusion poke bowls by The Poke Smash, deep-fried squid from The Squid Lady, cookies and blondies from Salamat Cookies, Dominican fusion stir fry by Ukiyo Cocina, Filipino street food from Tala’s Delightful Bites, Japanese takoyaki from Mr. Takoyaki 727 and traditional Filipino cuisine by Lutong Pinoy. Handmade crochet flowers by Julie’s Crochet will also be available.
In addition to food offerings, the weekend includes a full slate of cultural entertainment:

Limited-edition AAPI-themed tees and hats will be available for purchase exclusively at the Info Tent throughout the weekend.
