Beach Polo World Cup
Nov 06, 2025 - Nov 09, 2025
The World Polo League’s Beach Polo World Cup is bringing its excitement and glamour to the sands of Miami Beach once again this November. The event’s 20th anniversary edition will boast the world’s top polo players as well as a full weekend of parties and celebrity-packed VIP tents. The three days of matches will pit eight teams from around the world, vying for the ultimate prize in beach polo. And the best part is, everyone can watch for free.
What is the Beach Polo World Cup?
Part social event, part athletic competition the Beach Polo World Cup is the largest beach polo event in the world. The matches take place on the sands of Miami Beach, right next to the Atlantic Ocean, behind the stunning Setai Miami Beach hotel, between 21st and 22nd streets in South Beach, not far from Collins Park.
Matches will pit two teams of three players each against each other, riding from a stable of over 120 horses. The matches are played much like traditional polo. Each team uses mallets to hit a small, inflatable ball through goals on either side of the field while riding horseback. Matches are split into four seven-minute periods, or chukkers, and the team with the most goals wins. The field is larger than soccer and American football fields, stretching 200 yards across the sand.
The Beach Polo World Cup will feature eight teams plus two teams competing in the special Charity Cup.
Schedule and Lineup
The weekend kicks off Thursday night with the official team presentation and game draw. The invitation-only event will be in the tournament’s VIP tent.

Tickets
You don’t need a ticket to enjoy the spectacle of the Beach Polo World Cup. You can just walk up to the padded barrier around the field and watch all the matches for free. But the matches are only part of the fun, and if you want to be part of the beach polo scene, you’ll need to get a spot in one of the tented viewing areas.
Tickets to the shaded Don Julio Polo Lounge start at $87.61 for one day and $270.29 for the entire weekend. This gets you access to a lounge overlooking the field but not the VIP tent.
VIP Tent tickets start at $401.59 for Friday single-day tickets and about $1,143 for the whole weekend. You can also buy entire VIP tables, which gets 10 people a private table with full food and drinks. Those start at about $4,000 for Friday’s session and run a little over $13,000 for the full weekend.
