Cacao, Mantras & Breathwork at the Hammam

A guided wellness ritual unfolds in the Hammam at Tierra Santa Healing House inside Faena Hotel Miami Beach, combining ceremonial cacao, breathwork and live mantra in an intimate group setting. Cacao, Mantras & Breathwork at the Hammam takes place Monday, March 23, offering an evening designed for relaxation and inward reflection in one of Miami Beach’s most distinctive spa environments.

The session is led by Agustina Caminos and Daniel Silva of O2flo, who guide participants through a sequence of ceremonial cacao, conscious breathing practices and live mantra sound. The experience is designed to encourage emotional release, mindfulness and deeper connection through breath and sound.

Set within the spa’s Moroccan-inspired Hammam, the gathering takes advantage of the room’s warm, tranquil atmosphere to support relaxation and restorative focus. The program includes guided breathwork, live vocal mantras and time for quiet integration following the session.
