Café La Trova Takeover of Bleau Bar

Cuban cantinero traditions and live trova music move into Bleau Bar for a one-night collaboration with Café La Trova at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The takeover takes place Friday, September 4, bringing Café La Trova’s bartending team and musicians to the hotel’s lobby bar. The evening features a special cocktail menu made with Truman Vodka alongside live performances rooted in Cuba’s trova tradition.

Café La Trova is led by Miami bartender and co-founder Julio Cabrera, a prominent advocate for the Cuban cantinero style of hospitality and cocktail-making. The Little Havana restaurant and bar pairs that tradition with live Cuban music and a culinary program by James Beard Award-winning Miami chef Michelle Bernstein.

The Bleau Bar event focuses on Café La Trova’s cocktail and music program, offering a condensed version of the venue’s Cuban-inspired experience within Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
