Street soccer takes over Lummus Park with a free three-day tournament, live DJs and fan activities on Miami Beach. Copa del Sol runs June 5-7 as part of the City of Miami Beach’s FIFA World Cup 2026 programming, bringing 4v4 matches, bleacher seating, match announcers and on-field presentations to the sand. Presented with the FIFA World Cup Miami Host Committee, One Game One Passion Miami, Plei and Street Soccer USA, the event invites both players and spectators to take part in a weekend built around soccer, music and community energy.
More than 150 teams are expected to compete across Open, Women’s, Corporate and Youth divisions, with 20-minute matches and playoff rounds scheduled during the weekend. Fans can watch from the bleachers or along the sand while DJs and live announcers keep the pace moving between matches.
Event hours include:
- Friday, June 5: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Saturday, June 6: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Sunday, June 7: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
A Guinness World Records freestyle activation is planned for Saturday, June 6, bringing players and fans together as part of a global soccer participation record attempt. Copa del Sol is free to attend, with fan registration available separately from player registration. Adult players must register through the Plei app. Ocean Drive closures are expected in the area, and rideshare is recommended.
