Ayesha Nurdjaja, the James Beard–nominated chef behind New York’s Shuka and Shukette, joins Marc Murphy, the seasoned restaurateur and television personality known for his approachable sophistication, in a collaborative menu that reflects their shared passion for bold, balanced flavors.
