Mediterranean flavors and world-class talent come together for an intimate culinary evening at Aguasal by José Andrés, part of The New York Times Dinner Series at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
Overlooking Biscayne Bay, the restaurant, an extension of Andrés’ acclaimed Zaytinya concept, sets the stage for guest chefs Ayesha Nurdjaja and Marc Murphy. Nurdjaja, a James Beard Award finalist and 2025 IACP Trailblazer Award winner celebrated for her inventive Eastern Mediterranean cooking at Shuka and Shukette, joins Murphy, the veteran chef-restaurateur and television personality known for his approachable sophistication and decades of culinary expertise.
Together, the pair will present a collaborative menu that highlights their shared passion for creativity, balance and bold flavor, reflecting Aguasal’s signature blend of coastal warmth and refined Mediterranean style.
