Italian artistry takes center stage as acclaimed chefs Marc Vetri and Sergio Sigala unite for a one-night culinary collaboration at Cecconi’s Miami Beach.
Presented as part of the New York Times Dinner Series at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the evening features a menu that celebrates Italy’s culinary heritage through handmade pastas, coastal crudos, refined meats and seafood, and elegant desserts. Vetri, a James Beard Award winner known for his soulful, artisanal approach, joins Sigala, whose ingredient-driven style has shaped some of Miami’s most celebrated kitchens, to create a dining experience rooted in tradition yet elevated with each chef's distinctive style.
Dinner hosted by Marc Vetri and Sergio Sigala takes place at Cecconi’s Miami Beach at Soho Beach House on Thursday, February 19. Each guest will receive a complimentary copy of Marc Vetri’s latest cookbook, The Pasta Book: Recipes, Techniques and Inspiration.
