Known for his farm-to-table approach and inventive take on Indian cuisine, Chef Patel transforms seasonal ingredients—many from his own farm—into dishes that balance comfort and innovation. He is joined by Chef Compton, a James Beard Award winner whose New Orleans restaurants, Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro, showcase her signature blend of Caribbean soul and refined technique.
