Dog Yoga at The Barnacle
May 03, 2026
From: Noon to 1:00 PM
A guided outdoor yoga session at The Barnacle Historic State Park invites participants and their dogs to take part in a relaxed, pet-friendly wellness activity by the bay. Taking place Sunday, May 3, the class is led by instructor Tiffany Ann and incorporates gentle movement, breathing and mindfulness in a natural setting. The session is open to all experience levels, with no prior yoga background required.
The class blends elements of hatha yoga with a focus on connection between participants and their pets, encouraging a calm and supportive environment. Attendees are asked to bring their own mats and water, with dogs required to remain leashed throughout the session.
Dog Yoga is part of the larger Woofstock event taking place at the park, which includes additional pet-focused activities, vendors and live entertainment throughout the day. Park admission is required for entry.
