Easter Brunch at Rosemary’s takes place Sunday, April 5 starting at noon. Alongside its regular à la carte menu of Italian favorites, the restaurant presents a selection of specials created for the occasion, reflecting regional flavors and classic preparations.
Holiday offerings include Lasagna Genovese with basil pesto, stracchino and vignarola; Agnello al Forno, roasted leg of lamb served with lamb drippings, potatoes and spring onions; and Pastiera Napoletana, a traditional ricotta and wheat berry custard tart topped with fresh berries. Set in Rosemary’s garden-inspired dining space, the brunch offers a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere for gathering over seasonal cuisine.
