From: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Through sculpture, drawing and participatory performance, Argentine artist Eduardo Navarro invites viewers to experience the world through shifting perspectives that transcend human logic.
Eduardo Navarro: Cloud Museum, on view October 11 through April 12 at the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum FIU, centers on the artist’s recent work commissioned by the Walker Art Center. The project reimagines perception through the concept of “collectively becoming a cloud,” featuring garments, drawings and documentation from a performance in which dancers move as a single, drifting form guided by breath, light and weather.
By tracing the evolution of Cloud Museum from idea to live choreography, the exhibition offers insight into Navarro’s ongoing exploration of transformation, empathy and the porous boundary between self and environment.
