Movement, meditation and freeform dance will come together at Ahana Yoga for an evening focused on self-expression and community connection.
Expansion: Cacao Dance will take place on Friday, May 16 at Ahana Yoga in the Miami Design District. Led by facilitator Jennifer Mirambeau (known as Jenergy), along with Luna Chi and DH XAMONIKA, the event emphasizes personal liberation through freeform, ecstatic dance supported by live DJ music. Participants are encouraged to move without choreography, allowing the rhythm to guide emotional and physical release in a space free of judgment and expectation.
The evening will begin with time to connect and stretch, followed by a warmup, opening circle, dance session, meditation and closing activities. Expansion is an alcohol-free event and part of a recurring series held on the first and third Friday of each month. Guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy a meal, with vegan and meat options available onsite.
