Faena Jazz Series: Benny Benack

Benny Benack brings a dynamic blend of trumpet-led jazz and vocal swing to Faena Theater as part of the venue’s annual concert series.

Benack's performance continues the 8th Annual Faena Jazz Series on Wednesday, April 15, showcasing one of the leading multi-hyphenate performers of his generation. An Emmy-nominated trumpeter and vocalist, Benack is known for pairing hard-swinging trumpet lines influenced by artists such as Freddie Hubbard and Louis Armstrong with expressive, post-Sinatra-informed vocals. His recent recordings have earned strong critical attention and consistent placement on national jazz charts.

Curated by Grammy-nominated producer Rachel Faro, the Faena Jazz Series runs February through June and highlights a range of contemporary and tradition-rooted jazz artists in an intimate setting. The concert takes place inside the 150-seat Faena Theater, a venue inspired by European opera houses and Old Hollywood design, located on Miami Beach.

Doors open 45 minutes prior to show time, and tickets are available for individual performances or the full Jazz Series season.
