Family Seed Planting Activity

Families can sow seeds, learn basic gardening techniques and explore how plants grow during a hands-on activity at Vizcaya Village. The program takes place Sunday, September 6 as part of the Vizcaya Village Farmers Market.

Instructors will guide participants through planting and plant care, with tips suited to both first-time gardeners and those with prior experience. The activity is designed for nature enthusiasts of all ages and encourages closer engagement with the environment.

The rain-or-shine program is held in Vizcaya Village at 3250 South Miami Avenue. Admission is limited to the Village area and does not include entry to Vizcaya’s Main House or formal gardens.
