A three-course holiday menu at Boulud Sud offers a Downtown Miami dining option for families marking Father’s Day. Father’s Day at Boulud Sud takes place Sunday, June 21, at the restaurant inside the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. The special menu will be served alongside the restaurant’s regular à la carte offerings.
The $85 per-person menu begins with scallops crudo prepared with mango-citrus dressing, Fresno peppers, Granny Smith apples, toasted hazelnuts and caviar. The main course features a 6-ounce Black Angus filet mignon with morel mushrooms, green onions, celeriac purée, red wine jus and pan-seared foie gras, followed by a chocolate and coffee cigar for dessert.
Guests may also have a complimentary family photo professionally printed and presented in a leather picture frame, with early arrival recommended for those who want to take part. Boulud Sud, from chef Daniel Boulud, draws on coastal Mediterranean flavors with influences from France’s Côte d’Azur, Spain, Italy, Greece, North Africa and the eastern Mediterranean.
