Tuscan wine, Italian cheeses and cured meats come together in a hands-on Father’s Day workshop at Eataly Aventura. Father’s Day: Salumi & Formaggi Board Building + Tuscan Wine Pairings takes place Sunday, June 21, offering guests a guided tasting and board-building class led by Eataly artisans. The session is designed for anyone interested in learning how to assemble and present a salumi and formaggi platter for entertaining.
Participants will taste a selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses while learning how to pair them with Tuscan wines. Eataly’s beverage experts will discuss the wine pairings, while salumi and formaggi specialists share techniques for arranging ingredients on a platter.
Each ticket is valid for one guest, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who plan to consume alcohol must be 21 or older and present valid government-issued identification. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available, and dietary restrictions should be shared with Eataly at least 48 hours in advance.
